Lightning 100, in Nashville, is a WONDERFUL AAA station, and I wish that we had one like it here in the &#039;Ham.  It&#039;s like Reg, all day.  And with AWESOME shows that they sponsor.</description>

		<description>The X died when Dick Broadcasting sold the station.  The only thing worth listening to there is Reg&#039;s Coffee House and it wouldn&#039;t surprise me if that show went somewhere else soon as well</description>
