It really doesn't make a lot of sense. The problem is I don't think this is to target high schoolers, seriously I don't recall that many keggers in high school. Nowadays the only groups of ppl that really drink kegs are college kids. I think this is an attempt to reel in frat and college parties. In the end all its going to do is increase the amount of money we're ALREADY spending in Georgia for lottery tickets and gas as well as Missippi and Tennessee. I hate mid-term election politics.
