Every game after that (except for the "mighty" Utah State) was won because of defense and the offense was just painful to watch (they only scored three offensive points against Mississippi State for crying out loud!) Their record is so much better than the team actually was in the end. Giving up 11 sacks to Auburn? They had a stretch of 10 quarters in SEC play without an offensive touchdown. That's pathetic. I give 'em all the credit in the world for finding a way to win 5 of the last 7, but week in and week out they provided the world a clinic in inept offense. But hey, he's got a National Championship ring!). He is so pissed off at Alabama's performance this season. THEY FREAKING WON 9 games and they're going to a good bowl game, and he's upset?!? Have fun. My daughter loves to go to the games, but week nights are a little tough on the family. I usually don't miss too many home games after the holidays though.
