Well I’m in the lobby of this well placed hotel using their wireless access point because it costs $12/day to use it in the room!!
Judging from the lack of comments on my previous post, either the humor of a press release style post was lost on most everyone, or no one bothered to actually read the post in the first place… Anyway I’ll re-state that Lilly Pharmaceuticals is picking up the $250/night bill for our hotel room. Wouldn’t you think that a hotel that costs as much per night as this place does would have FREE Internet access in their rooms? I’ve stayed at places that cost less than 1/5 the cost of this place per night, and even those shitty hotels had free high speed access in their rooms!
Anyway, enough bitching, I’m off to see what SoCal’s public transportation is all about while Brandi attends her morning sessions…. Damn, I just missed the shuttle to the Airport (where I can hook up w/ the public transport)…. Oh well I guess I’ll surf the net for a few more min…
Yawn…

Almost all Holiday Inn’s have free WIFI now. Yes, their beds are full of bugs and dried semen, but at least you don’t have to worry about missing that important notice on penis enlargement!

I saw that both the Krystal on 119 and the Dairy Queen in Alabaster have wifi access now– for free! And yet, your fancy-pants hotel does not? Those crazy Californians!
